We have been patronizing Colima's Carniceria & Taqueria since it opened at the old location on Fresno Street. The tacos are fantastic, the accompanying salsa is favorable and reminiscent of a home made salsa. Prices have jumped up but that is not unexpected. We moved from Parlier 20 years ago but we go back for tacos about once or twice a month because the food is so good.
Order food and eat it there or go to the carniceria and get stuff to take home and cook. Either way you won't be disappointed. Their diezmillo preparado gets a chef's kiss.
tacos and tortas are always on point the tortas 10/10 best asada tortas ive had noone beats them highly recommended big tacos with lots of meat only bad thing is big chunks of onions maybe if they dice them a little more would be nice I usually take most of it off other than that i still give it a 10
